Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz or 250 g) loaf baguette, sliced crosswise into 12 slices
  • 1/2 cup (4 oz or 125 g) pizza sauce
  • 1/2 medium (2 oz or 60 g) red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 medium (2 oz or 60 g) green bell pepper, diced
  • 4 ounces (125 g) chicken ham, diced
  • 4 ounces (125 g) mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) black sesame seeds

Directions

  • 1Preheat Air Fryer to 380 F (190 C).
  • 2On one side of each bread slice, spread the pizza sauce and then top with some mozzarella, chicken ham, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
  • 3Place the mini pizza in the Air Fryer cooking basket in a single layer and cook for 5 minutes. Do not overcrowd. Cook in batches if necessary.
