Ingredients
- 2 cups (11 or 300 g) cooked crabmeat, flaked
- 1 cup (8 oz or 250 g) prepared mashed potatoes
- 1 medium (3.5 oz or 100 g) onion, chopped
- 1 (3 g) clove garlic
- 1 (2 oz or 60 g) whole egg
- 1/4 cup (1 oz or 30 g) breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons (15 g) finely grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons (15 g) all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons (7 g) fresh chives, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 g) kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon (0.5 g) freshly ground black pepper
- olive oil spray
Directions
- 1In a food processor, add the crabmeat along with the remaining ingredients. Mix until blended well.
- 2Divide mixture to make 8 crab cakes. Set aside.
- 3Arrange in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Then, spray with oil. Do not overcrowd, cook in batches if needed.
- 4Preheat your Air Fryer to 390 F (195 C).
- 5Cook for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown on both sides.
- 6Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
