Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons (1 fl oz or 30 ml) soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons (1 oz or 30 g) oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons (1 fl oz or 30 ml) rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons (10 g) brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon (2 g) cayenne pepper
- 2 (3 g) cloves garlic, minced
- 2 (16 oz. or 450 g) packet firm tofu
- 2/3 cup (3 oz or 85 g) all-purpose flour
- peanut or vegetable oil, for frying
Directions
- 1In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and cayenne pepper. Set aside.
- 2Cut tofu into 1 ½-inch slices and dredge with flour.
- 3Preheat Air Fryer to 400 F (200 C).
- 4Place coated tofu cubes in the Air Fryer cooking basket. Spray with oil. Cook for about 15 minutes or until crisp and golden brown. Cook in batches if needed.
