Ingredients
- 2.2 lbs. (1 kg) chicken tenders each cut in half
- 1/2 cup (4 oz or 125 g) plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon (10 g) ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon (10 g) garlic, crushed
- 1/4 cup (15 g) fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) salt
- 1 teaspoon (2 g) cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon (2 g) turmeric
- 1 teaspoon (2 g) garam masala
- 1 teaspoon (2 g) paprika
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) lemon juice
- cooking oil spray
- chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish
Directions
- 1In a non-reactive bowl, combine the chicken, yogurt, ginger, garlic, parsley, salt, cayennes pepper, turmeric, garam masala, paprika, olive oil and lemon juice. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- 2Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C).
- 3Place the marinated chicken pieces in the air fryer basket. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking time.
- 4Transfer into a serving dish. Garnish with cilantro.
- 5Serve and enjoy.
