Ingredients
- 1 medium (4 oz or 125 g) red bell pepper, cut into small pieces
- 1 medium (4 oz or 125 g) yellow bell pepper, cut into small pieces
- 1 medium (4 oz or 125 g) green bell pepper, cut into small pieces
- 3 tablespoons (1.6 fl oz or 45 ml) balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons (1 fl oz or 30 ml) olive oil
- 1 tablespoon (10 g) garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon (1 g) dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon (1 g) dried parsley
- Kosher salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- 1Place the diced bell peppers in a mixing bowl.
- 2Add the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, basil and parsley. Add some Kosher salt and pepper to taste. Stir well. Cover and let sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- 3Preheat Air Fryer to 380 F (190 C).
- 4Pull out cooking basket and place marinated bell pepper.
- 5Cook for about 10-15 minutes.
- 6Serve and enjoy.
