Ingredients

  • 1 medium (4 oz or 125 g) red bell pepper, cut into small pieces
  • 1 medium (4 oz or 125 g) yellow bell pepper, cut into small pieces
  • 1 medium (4 oz or 125 g) green bell pepper, cut into small pieces
  • 3 tablespoons (1.6 fl oz or 45 ml) balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons (1 fl oz or 30 ml) olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon (1 g) dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon (1 g) dried parsley
  • Kosher salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  • 1Place the diced bell peppers in a mixing bowl.
  • 2Add the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, basil and parsley. Add some Kosher salt and pepper to taste. Stir well. Cover and let sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • 3Preheat Air Fryer to 380 F (190 C).
  • 4Pull out cooking basket and place marinated bell pepper.
  • 5Cook for about 10-15 minutes.
  • 6Serve and enjoy.
