Ingredients
- 1 cup (7.9 oz or 220 g) cottage cheese
- 1 1/2 cups (13.4 fl oz or 375 ml) almond milk
- 1 cup (3.5 oz or 100 g) rolled oats
- 1 (2 oz or 60 g) whole egg
- 1/2 cup (3.7 oz or 110 g) brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.5 g) salt
- 1 cup (5 oz or 150 g) fresh blueberries
Directions
- 1Preheat your air fryer to 360 F (180 C).
- 2Combine all ingredients except blueberries in a blender. Process until smooth.
- 3Pour mixture into a baking dish that can fit inside your air fryer basket.
- 4Top with blueberries.
- 5Bake in the air fryer for 25 to 30 minutes or until tested done. Let cool.
- 6Serve and enjoy.
