Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 lb. (675 g) ground turkey
  • 1 medium (3.5 oz or 100 g) white onion, chopped
  • 1 (2 oz or 60 g) whole egg
  • 3/4 cup (2.7 oz or 75 g) breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup (2 fl oz or 60 ml) whole milk
  • 1/3 cup (3 oz or 85 g) tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon (3.5 g) chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon (3.5 g) chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon (20 ml) honey
  • 2 tablespoons (1 oz or 30 g) Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon (1 g) ground coriander
  • 1/4 cup (2 oz or 60 g) catsup
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  • 1In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey along with the rest of the ingredients except for catsup. Mix using your hands until blended well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 2Preheat your Air Fryer to 330 F (165 C).
  • 3Place turkey mixture in a baking dish or loaf pan that can fit into your Air Fryer basket. Brush the top with catsup.
  • 4Put inside the Air Fryer and cook for 30 to 40 minutes. Cool slightly.
  • 5Serve and enjoy.
