Ingredients

  • 4 (6 oz. or 185 g) cod fillets
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons (30 g) pesto sauce
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  • 1Preheat your air fryer to 380 F (190 C).
  • 2Brush the fish fillets with olive oil and sprinklen with some salt and pepper.
  • 3Place the fillets in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time.
  • 4Transfer the grilled fish in a serving dish and top with pesto sauce.
  • 5Serve and enjoy.
