Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz. or 420 g) can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup (2.8 oz or 80 g) onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup (1 oz or 30 g) fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup (1 oz or 30 g) fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon (15 g) sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon (3 g) garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon (2 g) cumin, ground
- 1/2 teaspoon (1 g) coriander seed, ground
- 1/2 teaspoon (1.5 g) Kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon (1 g) baking powder
- 2 tablespoons (15 g) chickpea flour
- 1 (2 oz or 60 g) whole egg, lightly beaten

Directions
- 1Place garbanzo beans along with the remaining ingredients in a food processor. Process until combined well.
- 2Take a spoonful and shape into balls. Repeat for remaining mixture. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- 3Preheat your Air Fryer to 400 F (200 C).
- 4Place the falafel balls in your Air Fryer basket. Spray with oil. Do not overcrowd. Cook in batches if needed.
- 5Cook in the air fryer for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- 6Serve immediately and enjoy.
