Ingredients
- 4 (5 oz. or 150 g) cod fillets
- 2 tablespoons (1 fl oz or 30 ml) lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon (2 g) ground paprika
- 2 tablespoons (1 fl oz or 30 ml) olive oil
- salt and freshly ground pepper
- For the Sauce:
- 4 tablespoons (2 oz or 60 g) butter, unsalted
- 2 tablespoons (1 fl oz or 30 ml) lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons (7 g) fresh dill weed, chopped
- 1 tablespoon (7 g) cornstarch + 3/4 cup (185 ml) chicken broth
Directions
- 1Season cod fillet with salt and pepper, then add the lemon juice and paprika. Rub the fish to coat all sides.
- 2Place the fish fillet into the Air Fryer basket. Spray with oil.
- 3Set the temperature to 400 F (200 C) and cook in the Air Fryer for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- 4Transfer the fish fillets into a serving dish.
- 5To prepare the sauce: Melt butter in a pan with lemon juice and dill.
- 6Whisk together cornstarch and chicken broth in a small bowl. Then, pour it into the pan. Cook, stirring until thickened, about 3-4 minutes.
- 7Serve the fish drizzled with sauce.
