- 8 (1 oz. or 30 g) slices whole wheat bread
- 4 (2 oz. or 60 g) slices mozzarella cheese
- 8 (0.5 oz or 15 g) slices tomato
- 1 cup (1 oz or 30 g) fresh basil leaves
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1Top four bread slices with cheese, tomato slices, and basil leaves. Season with pepper to taste. Cover with remaining bread slices.
- 2Preheat Air Fryer to 180 C (360 F).
- 3Place sandwiches inside the Air Fryer cooking basket and then cook for 7-10 minutes or until bread turns golden brown.
- 4Serve and enjoy
