Ingredients

  • 10 ounces (280 g) cream dory fillets, steamed and flaked
  • 1 cup (7 oz or 200 g) lentils, cooked
  • 1 (2 oz or 60 g) whole egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup (3 oz or 85 g) onion, chopped
  • 1 medium (4 oz or 125 g) red bell pepper, deseeded and chopped
  • 1 (2 oz or 60 g) celery stalk, chopped
  • 2/3 cup (2.3 or or 65 g) breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons (7 g) cilantro, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon (2 g) dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon (1 g) garlic powder
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • olive oil spray

Directions

  • 1In a plate, place cooked dory fillets and use a fork to flake the fish.
  • 2In a large mixing bowl, combine together the flaked dory with the rest of the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
  • 3Scoop about 1/4 cup of mixture and form into patties.
  • 4Preheat Air Fryer to 380 F (190 C).
  • 5Place fish 2-3 patties in the Air Fryer cooking basket. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Repeat with remaining patties.
  • 6Serve with fresh salad on the side.
