Ingredients
- 4 (5 oz. or 150 g) Dory fillet, with skin
- 2 tablespoons (1 oz or 30 g) butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons (4 g) onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (1 g) dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon (1 g) cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon (1 g) cumin, ground
- 1/2 teaspoon (1 g) coriander seed, ground
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.5 g) sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon (0.5 g) freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- 1Mix together the onion powder, thyme, cayenne pepper, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- 2Brush fish fillet with melted butter then rub with spice mixture, covering all sides. let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- 3Arrange the fillets in the basket of your Air Fryer. Set the temperature to 400 F (200 C) and cook for 15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- 4Serve with salad greens, if desired.
