Air Fried Chicken Burger with Herbs

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (5 oz or 150 g) white onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon (3 g) garlic, minced
  • 1 lb. (450 g) ground chicken
  • 2 tablespoons (7 g) fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons (7 g) fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon (1 g) ground coriander seeds
  • 1 (2 oz or 60 g) whole egg
  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup (2 oz or 60 g) breadcrumbs
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • olive oil spray

Directions

  • 1In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients together. Season with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  • 2Take about 3-4 tablespoons of chicken mixture to form 6 patties. Spray with oil.
  • 3Preheat your Air Fryer to 360 F (180 C).
  • 4Place the patties in the Air Fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes. Remove the basket from the machine. Turn the patties to cook the other side for another 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  • 5Transfer to a serving dish and serve with some veggies on the side.
  • 6Enjoy.
